How it works — for Instructors

Choose “I’m an Instructor”, enter your name, email and a password, press Apply now. That’s the account.

Photo, short bio, licence summary, aviation experience, aircraft types, languages, hourly rate and home timezone. Upload proof: the last page of your logbook and the back of your licence with ratings (photo or PDF, up to 10 MB).
🔒 Proof documents are private — only the admins reviewing your application see them. They are never shown to Aviators.

Your dashboard shows “Awaiting review”, typically for less than one business day. Meanwhile you can preview your public profile and already open availability. You’re emailed the moment you’re approved.

What you need
We verify every Instructor before they go live, so Aviators only ever book real pilots. Everything else you almost certainly have already.

PPL, CPL, ATPL or military — with your ratings.

A photo of the most recent page is all we need.

Anything that makes you clear to hear and see.

Sessions are live conversation, not lectures.

You do not need a flight simulator. Your Aviator shares theirs.
Earnings
Set any hourly rate between €50 and €400. Aviators book 30 to 120 minutes at a time. Slide to see what you keep from each session — the same numbers your profile form will show.

Questions
No. Copilot Elite is flight-simulator coaching for education and entertainment. Sessions do not count toward any aviation licence, rating or logbook time. For simulator use only. Not certified flight instruction.
No. The Aviator shares their simulator screen over the live session; you coach what you see, from your webcam and headset.
Only the admins reviewing your application. Proof documents are stored separately from your public profile, in a private bucket, and are never shown to Aviators or other Instructors.
After review. Until then your dashboard shows “Awaiting review” and your profile is a private preview only you can see. Once approved it appears on the marketplace and Aviators can book your open hours.
You earn a payout on every completed session — and on sessions an Aviator cancels less than 24 hours before the start — your hourly rate for the session length, minus the platform commission shown on your profile form. Payouts accrue on your dashboard and are paid out to you.

Aviators book only the hours you open, shown in their own timezone. You join from your dashboard shortly before start — live video, audio, chat and screen share in the browser. The Aviator shares their simulator; you need none of your own.
Aviators can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, and the slot reopens on your calendar. If they cancel later than that, they aren’t refunded and you still receive your share for the session.
You enter availability in your home timezone — or any zone you pick when you’re travelling, so you can programme a trip in local time. Aviators always see your hours converted to theirs.
Yes. Close your open slots any time and nothing new can be booked. There is no minimum commitment and no notice period.
